Gold Hill is overplayed. With the "rules" that split the field in two, it gets boring and old really fast.

Thats being addressed and we've been opening the field up the last couple times I've been out there - we're playing clear back to beyond the 'barn' and as far as the freeway to stave off the boredom. Confining it is ok for quickie games, but we're pressing to open it up to have room to maneuver and retreat.

Also, I'm curious, because I've been out of state for a while...

Why are they outcast?

We (Task Force 11) are not outcast.
There is a group of people in the area who would like to see us outcast, however, we are not. We choose to play at other fields (such as elk lane) for the most part because we prefer to avoid drama. We do not want to have problems with the other members of the local airsoft community.
If you would rather not have us attend your event, we won't attend it. We don't want to take away from your guys coming home game. However, if you would be amenable to having us attend, we would duly enjoy it.

You guys are welcome to come.

On a related note, I HATE DRAMA. I don't want to see it from anyone, especially when there is no reason other than who is there.

The only authorized drama is if someone actually does something worthy of it. Even then, it will be swiftly dealt with, and we get back to shooting each other.

Agreed?

Agreed. I will ensure that none of my guys start any drama, we want this to be enjoyable for everybody involved.
In addition, if anybody has a problem with our team or wish to hear our take on something said about us, please send me a private message. I am on quite often, and am very polite, so please, feel free, but let's keep this thread on topic.

Where to play and the 2 teams being talked about !

Postby special agent » Fri Dec 17, 2010 11:46 am

The last time i played airsoft, around--with, the 2 teams being talked about, was at Elk Lane about 6 weeks ago.

I had no problems with them [ that sunday] . they took there hits, and were good sportsmen and sportswomen.

I think when they play at Elk lane its normalley on sundays so it looks like they want to attend this saturdays game, at either field.

If so i think then the question is which field is to be used for this reunion of sorts ?

Can you add to this Tanto ?

Post Script----as to " Why are they outcast " Tanto i think if you go to their web site quickly, under General Discussion then Insane local Attitudes,, you may find their LTs "Prespective" of some interest. ??

I have printed that perspective as it may be changed or removed within minutes. As often is, it may have been just an emotional responce to some criticism of ther team. Remember the chain of command.

I actually did not notice that this game is on saturday rather than sunday. We will still love to attend, but we may not be able to. I will be calling everyone and getting you guys an RSVP by tonight. Thank you.

Update: most of us won't be attending because of scheduling confusion, but a couple of us will attend.
