We had our issues today, but the way the game was set up provided for alot of fighting, which is what we are there for. Just try to stick to fighting eachother, and not large stumps along the road.
Thanx to Kevin and tool again, the flag game was new to me, especially the part of having the numbers 46-20 in our favor. ;)

I had a good time today. I was a little disappointed with some of the hit-calling, but that being said it was still a good time.

This was a fun skirmish, I appreciate my maple syrup eating and show going homeboys for setting it up. They did this so we could all go out and have a good time.

I asked alot of people today if they had any problems. I've never heard as many people as I did today have the same reply. People not calling hits.

Please, if you're going to come to a game. Call your hits or, don't even bother coming.

If your gun isn't working right. Don't call a ceasefire! Move off the field and, deal with it. Don't ruin other people's fun.

Thanks to Braddock for co-hosting
Thanks to Casca for the rules briefing
Thanks to Nial for helping admin.
Thanks to everyone that came out.
Thanks to those that called thier hitsand a big Thanks to those that were good sportsmen.

Yeah, there were alot of people I didn't recognize today, and not alot of veteran leaders out there. I think that added to the chaos.

Remember kids, just because you lob a mag full of BB's at someone doesn't mean you hit them. Call your own hits, not your opponents. If they aren't calling your hits, YOU SHOOT THEM UNTIL THEY DO. You do not yell like a bleeding n00b across the field at the other guy.

Sure, there are some new people who won't call the hits, but for the most part, if they are aware of it, the community will call their hits. If you are having an issue with people, you should talk to the moderators, there are enough of them standing around to take care of such issues. Look for a guy in an orange hat or wearing an orange vest.

Second, if someone calls cease fire, you STAY PUT. You don't walk around like a zombie or move to a better position. Cease fire is like pause on a video game. A few of the leaderly types in the community may move about to clear up the situation, but they return to their starting positions or spawn points once the action resumes. Pauses suck, but they're a necessary evil in the name of safe game play, so bear with them.

Other than that, there was alot of fun had today, and everyone got in a lot of shooting. Thanks to our hosts, and I'll catch you all later in my sights.

Just an FYI to those that were out there today. I called game when I did because of the complaints of people not calling hits.

As an Admin, I love to watch the action, that is why I do it now and then. But when I have to follow people around because they are suspected of un-sportsmanlike conduct it takes some of the fun away.

I am seeing several new teams and groups of players out there. As a team, if you have a person or people on your team that is not calling hits or even is suspected of it, it reflects on all of you, your entire team.

Trust me when I say that any team must earn respect in this community. Police (Clean up) your own team.

Edit: I also want to say I am sorry to the guy I pulled off of the field, simple mistaken identity. Thank you for cooperating.

preach on brother, team terror has been around for a little while now and we still aint feelin no stinkin respect. but we do our best to take our lumps when we have them coming.new guys would do well to remember that there is more honor in calling yourself hit than there is respect to be gained by racking up kills

Well, I got my a$$ kicked as I expected, so no surprises. I died like 7 times, and I'm not sure if I hit anything.... Great game though. I'll have to do this more often.

Once again Thanks for coming out. Let's try and put some of today's negative things behind us. I look forward to the next time I can exchange 6mm plastic death with you all. :D
