Those secret service guys come out of nowhere. Visiting the White House a few years ago, Bush came back from mtn. biking, and they appeared out of nowhere without a sound to cover my school group, then disappeared when Bush was in the compound. Scary when you know the capability of the P90.

Looks like the first and third pic is the same plate carrier, sans plates, which I can't readily differentiate from any other woodland plate carrier, but the second pic is old ALICE gear. Looks like a mix of Soviet and US pouches on it, judging by the guy on the right.
