Sorta. If this was a Sim of Afghanistan, then yes. You need to look like you belong to Islam. You are a Civilian (remember Most people who dress in traditional Islamic clothing are not terrorist's). You are playing as a character who appears to not be the enemy, but hides under a mask to attack.

Though the requirements are very light on this game it serves a purpose.
