Looks kind of like the Truspec combat ones..I know the Crye tan is a much lighter one.

Well since it's on an assault rifle, I'm going to assume it's an Elcan C79A2 optic, which was designed for rifles, not machine guns. You're thinking of the M145, which is a variant of the C79A2. It might be good to make a halfway decent attempt to identify what you're talking about next time.

well, since that assault rifle can also be configured to be a machine gun (by the rounds in the polymer magazine i estimate it to be set for 5.56 at the moment) using an optic that would be fairly effective on either an ausault rifle or a light machine gun seems prudent. no need to swap optics when you swap barrels.
