What is every infantry type in airsoft and what do they do

In airsoft there aren't classes. Sometimes there are jobs, like medic, squad leader, platoon leader, engineer, but they all depend on what is called for in the game type.

That being said, everyone is a rifleman.

Piggy-backing on what he said, figure out how you'd probably play and pick your loadout accordingly (ie if you're aggressive, pick out a M-4 or SMG and a light pack for speed). I typically hang back, because of usually working as squad lead. Because of this, I use more accurate rifles and a loadout designed to support my squad (extra ammo, communications gear).

- Parking Lot stander = stands around in cool gear, brags
- Fat kid = gets winded, stops for air, complains about hilly terrain
- Dead Battery Guy = asks everyone to borrow a battery
- Drama Queen = Thinks everyone is against him
- Token Girl = Flirts with guys
- Token Black Guy = Ignores racists
- Racist = Makes racial jokes if token black guy isn't around
- Forum Warrior = sit on a$$, post on forums
- Box Mag Sprayer = never let up on the trigger
- l33t snipx0r = runs around in a bush suit like a retard
- hot dog exposer = shows people his hot dog until somebody shoots him in it

This is why I sold my xbox. I didn't wanta get too addicted too call of duty. There really arn't any classes... I mean its really sniper, support, and assault. But there are all this little things like people with automatic snipers who can both be a sniper or assault. Or a support guy can assault with his m249 or something like that. As others had said. It's really just buying a gun and playing with it....

The other thing is, i think it also depends on what game you are playing..

Some milsim games, that limit your rifle to 30 rounds a mag, or maybe 500 rounds on person with limited refills every hour or so. Your Saw gunner gets important because he is compensated and carrys like 3000 rounds.

So he becomes another unit.. or in the case "Class"

If its a case of milsim, you will have Rifleman, Grenadier(Fireteam leader), Saw Gunner, and the Saw Gunners assistance, with spare rounds and a spare barrel. But i have yet to see that around here, so i would grab a AK or M4/16 and just come out and play. its really not that important with the games around here.

the only time airsoft is similar to the real deal is in cqb. because of the range you can reach out to. other than that its a sport or hobby don't take it as the real deal. it only makes you look like a flaming R-tard. and just to answer you question.

up,down,up,down,left,right,left,right,a,b,a,b,select,start in airsoft means you don't have to call your hits. And just get a m-4 ask your mom if you can come out and play. other wise you have little to offer other than if your mom sticks around and plays with B. martins balls.

dude i said that already. "just get a m-4 ask your mom if you can come out and play." but thank for playing repeat. the kid could have looked it up online like the rest of the airsoft warriors. but no he had to it on here where he knew he would get fragged by every one. have you not met bad karma? The dude takes first place for douche of the year five years in a row. (he is a good player thought so at least he back up his words).

Point is there should be a kids pool for the forums. and this kid should know ever person out there is a civ. and PLAYS like one.(key word being play!) even if your in the army navy or whatever no one comes to a game on orders unless they are there as a recruiter of some soft.

kid here are the diff. roles in a basic airsoft fire team

- rifle man
- grenadier
- saw gunner
- raidio/ (in airsoft ie. rifle man)
- team leader
times this by two and add a squad leader and what do you get....... a squad

but look to the old guys most of them know each other. And know that they are there to play, so they do just that play and don't really care about teams that much.
