Would you recommend that I buy this?

I have been looking around for mid cap mags, and a speedloader. I found a few things on AONW's website that look good. I am just wondering if anyone has any opinion about it. Any opinions/advice would be much appreciated.

MAG brand mags are pretty good...the plastic ones are a great value, but unlike what the jargon on their ad says, they do not work all that well in KWA rifles. They do work fine in Classic Army (we have both CA and KWA). They also do not last as long as the metal variety.

Your best bet is to roll bio ammo. Most fields are requiring biodegradable ammo these days, so it's best to roll that as your normal setup...less hassle that way.

Buy the largest speed loader you can...in my experience, that is all that matters. They all work about the same, and they ALL break. I have never had a speed loader longer than 3-4 months. Consider them a long term consumable.

Mine worked in my KWA after some minor sanding to the magazine plastic.

I have a set of MAG plastic midcaps, and I wouldn't recommend them. They're cheaper than pretty much any other magazine out there, but they like to split apart if you put much pressure on the speedloader. Mine definitely don't hold 130, more like 100 each. I have a set of metal midcaps on the way to replace my plastic ones. If you can afford it, metal > plastic.

I also wouldn't recommend black BBs. Sights are nice in theory, but if there is any wind, or if you're engaging at long range, you end up watching the flight path of your BBs to see where they land and make adjustments based on that. With black BBs, you can't see where they are going.

In my experience, a speedloader is a speedloader, don't fret about it too much.

Good idea...haven't tried that.

My mag brand midcaps are awesome. I use them in a CA m15a4 ris with zero problems. THey are tough and Ive yet to have any of them fail, plus they are cheap enough that its not a big deal if you lose one.

Yeah. They're close enough to "almost fit," so a little sanding did the trick on the 3 out of 8 that were tight. Also, it seems like my new KWA has a bit more space in the magwell.

So would you recommend buying the cheaper speedloader?
