Guy was looking to be killed, no way to stop that...He would have succeed one way or another. I do think there should be stricter laws on the use of airsoft replica's in crimes, to bad that bill died.

That's brilliant.
How about we ban them outright?!

I have a better idea. How about we focus on the nutjob and not the media he uses to nut out?!

If I ever go off my rocker and murder someone I am going to do it with a stuffed unicorn. And then my defense will be that it was so evil it made me do it, my guns tried to stop me but the fluffy pony with a horn prevailed.

Troy man.... I can't state how hard I'm laughing. That made my day so much better.

I like how this article didn't bash airsoft and promote the banning of all airsoft replicas. I feel like normally when reading an article in the news where there was some sort of crime or shooting involved with airsoft replicas everyone just gets negative about airsoft and bashes the sport.

This article shined a brighter light and showed how hard people try to keep the sport safe even though sometimes there is that one dumbass... I like it.

Wow, a real newspaper with an 100% unbiased artical on airsoft. Never thought I'd see the day.

These stories too often remind me how uncommon common sense actually is. I also was surprised by the newspaper's lack of bias against airsoft replicas.

Honestly, i would rather have someone hold up a robbery with a Airsoft gun rather than a real gun.

At least you wont die then... from a gun shot wound.

Huh?
What?

Hold up a robbery? Delay a robbery?

...and you could still be shot with a stray bullet from a police officer who thinks the airsoft is real steel.

but you have better chances, if there is only one real gun involved, its a freak accident, but if both have a gun, your odds drop... rapidly

Yesterday Robinson displayed two shotguns, two Glock semi-automatic pistols and an MP5 assault rifle

Lol, only funny thing about the article.
The rest of it is pretty good though, that just made me chuckle.
