I have all of the above.
In local games and loose play, I dont mind hicapping it up because not everyone can afford to buy midcaps. But I am beginning to lean more towards mids due to their feeding ability as well as it helps bring support weapons back into play rather than having some dude with an mp5 and a c mag holding back a group of players.
I use my realcaps as either backups or for spare loaners if necessary.

I have one broken Hi cap and every thing else is mid and real except for the M249 :)

I use the 80-round standard mags, which aren't as high as some midcaps, but are a lot further from 20-rounds.
