Hey is anyone from the gold beach area going up to this? My parents wedding is on saturday over there but I will be able to leave after the ceremony. I am willing to help with gas...

NEED MORE ACTOR/ADMIN VOLUNTEERS
There are a few additional roles for some of the SF team scenarios that I need to fill. If you aren't already set on playing at the event and you have some time on Sunday the 21st to help us out, please let me know. Actor/Admins of course do not have to pay to participate in the event, since they are part of the volunteer staff. They are also given a raffle ticket.
I'm looking for both general admins to keep an eye on game-play and enforce rules, and to fill a few additional roles on the actor side. The SF teams and the main forces will both be interacting with these individuals. I'm also hoping somebody can run my video camera at the event - since I rarely have time to shoot any video myself while running the event.
Drop me a PM if you can help out.

This is Will from TF11. How would I go about paying for several of our members spots? Also, do you need a roster from us?

A roster would be nice, lets me know how many folks to expect. You can PM that to me.
Pre-payment is only available via PayPal - so you could pool your cash to whichever teammate has a paypal account and have that person send payment for everyone. You can include the names of the folks you are paying for in the "additional instructions to seller" field. You can use the paypal link from the first post - just change the quantity.
