Good fun today!
Cold and wet, but fun none the less.
Thanks for hosting.
I'll be visiting the Silverton field again for sure.

Guess I should go hose the mud off my gear. :?

Another good day at the farm, and I really like the well put together intel retrieve game. It's also nice to play with a good bunch of people that call their hits.

I'm glad all the vehicles made it out without the use of a tractor, but sorry about the ruts.

I loved it today! Nice and cold and muddy. Also it was a nice light-hearted skirmish so I could just go run off and pretend I'm sneaky.

Had fun running with Skywalker, Vidar and Android tryin' to be all stealthy an' shit.

I am very glad I didn't have to get the tractor.
It was good fun. Only complaint I had was the King Of The Hill at the end was a little unbalanced to to spawn point location. Other than that we had a great time.

Sorry, you couldn't make it.
Yes I'm selling goats. Looking to buy. I got some real nice ones.

Thanks for coming everyone!

Everyone else, you missed out on some good rainy fun ;)

King of the hill needed to be worked out better with better numbers, but it was a nice ending to the game/day. I'm glad that everyone liked the intel gathering game (atleast thats the vibe I got). I'm hoping to build a bigger game around that idea. I had something planned like that for use at the CAGE (which is why they were paper envelopes instead of something thats more outdoor proof). Hopefully I'll be able to put on a game like that again at Ivans.

Downed pilot also needed to be more clear which was my and Andrew(Jester)'s fault for not being clear about where the LZ would be, but next time we try that game style, we'll get everything squared away.

If you have any thoughts on the games today, either good or bad, let us know. We're hoping to do some more skirms like this since it seems to work well for everyone.

I really enjoyed the light-hearted aspect, for sure. It's a pretty low-stress have-some-fun environment.

I had lots of fun running with you guys as well, trying our best to be sneaky bastards. I'd say it mostly worked out 8) You seem like a pretty good guy, Dan.

I'll be back to the Silverton field, that's a pretty great place. As with everyplace this time of year, I'm sure it would be better without a sea of mud. I can handle getting dirty, but I'm lazy and hate to clean up. I'm with Chapped on this, I ought to be hosing my gear off right about now. I'll get to that sometime this week ;)

I wasn't a big part of the first game, but I really did enjoy the Intelligence Retrieval game. Good concept/scenario, and it worked out pretty well.

Bigfoot, I'm looking at a nice red welt on my belly from you and your shenanigans

I'm bummed I missed it, I had all my gear ramped up and ready to go and my plumbing went to hell. The whole bathroom flooded so instead of fun in the field I had a day of hitting the pipes! Glad everyone had a good time, now I definitely will have to hit Estacada next weekend

Fun times. Jenna, the trick is to get your gear packed the night before so that when you get the call you're ready to roll. :)

Nice running with you, Chapped. Too bad we couldn't hold the hill at the end. :(

Jester & Ninja, thanks for the great games. Yah, the king of the hill game got a little weird due to respawn points but overall the day was a success. A point-blank safety kill and 3 kills from sneaking around back to surprise the enemy was pretty cool.

Ninja Edit: if anybody found a black Motorola Talkabout radio in the field, it's mine.
