My solution to the camping issues

Discuss anything and everything here that's Airsoft related.

If people would spend more time acting their age instead of their tool size, we wouldn't have these problems to begin with.

One more month and my age will match my tool size.

Matt, I have always been the represenative at the campouts at BSP events. I choose not to offer my services this time due to the rain/mud bowl and didn't want to spend the greater part of the early evening stuck in my vehicle to avoid the rain and the mucky muck. What a boring way to spend the evening.

Someone being there doesnt necessarily mean that anything would have happened differently and someone has always been there except this time.

However it doesn't excuse the fact of what happened irregardless of someone being there or not.

I really don't blame you for leaving man, it was wet and misrable, the only reason i enjoyed it was we had a good warm fire and good friends to sit around it with.

In the future if your staying overnight that great, but I'm thinking that this "idea" we are throwing around is just to have someone whos gonna be there no matter how wet or cold or frozen it gets out there. A Site supervisor seems like a great idea, whether he's gonna be production staff that just has nothing going on that night or hes just a player thats giving up a few hours to taking down names and checking campsites before people ditch out after games.

Anecdotal evidence shows that guys who talk about having really big dicks actually have really small ones. ;)

now in an attempt to stay on topic.... I for one am good with this idea and from what I've been seeing the majority of people responding to this are good with the idea as well. Any sort of way to make this an "official" thing?

*thx for the edit, i get carried away sometimes heh*

Host a game and use the idea for your camping policy. Airsoft Pacific isn't here to dictate what event promoters do at their games.

haha sadly i don't see myself hosting a game anytime soon... hell the only fields that i could think of hosting at are T1T, Splat Action and Silverton(and I'm not sure Ivans gonna be cool with us camping there)

Guess the best thing we can do is urge the game planners to include this into the plan.

I don't care if there's a night watchman or not. I just want a fire and beer when we camp out. :D

I agree. But if I were the land owner, I would probably want somebody official to supervise whenever there are people on my land. First to arrive, last to leave.

I like the idea, I've camped at 3 games so far and there normally fun. People just need to be responsible for there own stuff. Say what you will about me on the site but at a camp ground i always throw my garbage away its just common freakin curtsy people.
