Initially it was slated to start at 10:00 till maybe 16:00. Possible skirm to practice what we learn afterward. I don't see ant reason to change this.

Sounds good to me. We have multiple people in PLA who are qualified to teach tactics and field craft.

Crap. I should've asked Dan while I was over at his apartment today about the flags. I'll see what we can do.

Also, DRAT, how many are you (so that I know how many burgers to buy), and are you bringing wonderful foodstuffs?

And finally, can someone bring a BBQ with fuel? It may be somewhat necessary for cooked food.

I don't have any flags (yet...)

But as soon as I find a way to have money I will a) start eating again, b) pay rent, and c) get some flags made up.

Duly noted, thanks!

Scratch that about the BBQ, it seems like Eudorus may be showing up after all, if things keep on trucking well, bring a BBQ and buns! Excellent!

I am for sure coming to this. What food items are still needed?

I think the link for directions isn't working. Can someone post an address or directions link?

Drive down HWY 26 WEST for like an hour or so.
You'll pass the junction for Vernonia. Keep going up the huge hill, through the tunnel, and down the hill.
You'll pass the junction for Timber at the bottom of the hill. Keep going.

A few more(Literally) miles down the road you'll see a sign that says something to the effect of "PORTLAND LIBERATION ARMY TRAINING" on the right side of the highway, along with a sign that says "WOLF CREEK" or whatevs.

Also I know of +2 that are coming for the training itself but haven't posted so thought I'd let you know in case you are counting burgers.

This is NOT at the same place as either PLA training BBQ. If you go to the Scappoose field NO ONE WILL LOVE YOU because no one will be there! Follow the directions that McNair linked to and you should be good!

Thank you Doubleks for the update! I will put you and the +2 down on the list!

Quigly, I have you down from the PLA forums as bringing chips? That would be fantastic if you could bring a couple bags along.

The current food situation is as follows:
I'm bringing burgers and burger accessories for all, and Eudorus is bringing buns and a BBQ to cook everything up on.

Juice is bringing a bunch of coke, and Dan has supplied Eudorus with his magical tub of endless gatorade.

As for side dishes, Tonka is bringing mac salad, Jebus is bringing a pastry, and if you come through with a couple bags of chips like you suggested on the PLA forums, we may be good on the food front!

If anyone else wants to bring more food items to share, that'd be cool, but I'm not sure we need much more food to feed all of us.

I might come out, since it's close to home, depends if I can get the jeep that day. If I can, I can bring another table, a propane stove, small bbq, cooler, water jug, etc..
