But (correct me if I'm wrong, I've never attended an event like this before), it seems like the camo's would be very similar, and at a reasonable distance you could mistake your teamates for an enemy. Is this the case?

its called identifying your target. while similar you can still tell them apart.

Get some binoculars or a spotting scope if it's that difficult for you to tell them apart.

so if each team is by camo that if one team was 20 people and the others have like 50?

2) As far as "PMC" can that mean camouflage pants if the rest is solid colors?

What's the rule on ghillies and sniper rifles. Turns out its going to be very difficult trying to ship the necessary gear to run an AEG from here, and I have a ghillie and rifle in Oregon currently I could use... I have woodland, OD, and Multicam if you wanna place me somewhere thatd be easiest.

you are distinguished by the camo in the ghillie. if you have woodland bdu's with ghillie then you would be on woodland team.

unless someone has a better rule I am open.
