Could you explain tracer units to me? never played with them or know what they are for that matter. I am going to S4, a airsoft store in a few days and need to know what to do to make my gun compatible.

Read the info. You might need help from your dad if you're not too familiar with the internals of AEGs. Worth it though.

Also, get some GID (Tracer) BBs from Evike.com

Alright thanks Nasty. Its a little bit of a drive to McKenna from Portland. I will double check and make sure i can go

1seth420...
It will be a long drive up from Portland for someone young like you.
We hope you do find a way to make it up.

The one thing we really try and implement into our games, is keep EVERYONE busy. We have a lot of different props that we use. Most of these props are making our event very popular.
Take a look at the AAR of our last event, North vs South.
http://www.1st-sword.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=91&t=762

If you are able to make it up, make sure you at least check out the night game.
We strive to make the night games an incredible event in itself.
The amount of glow in the dark bb's flying around make your head spin.
Like Nasty stated, read up on the HUTU's that 99% of the people are using.

Any questions post up. Hope to see ya on the field

Yes, I am a regular at 1st Sword games, so I will be attending both the night game and the day game. Unforunately, a tracer unit is required to be able to play in the night game (I suggest a HUTU style one).

As far as Woodland go, you have these options:
America - Multicam, ACU
vs
Russia - Flora
Ukraine - US Woodland

I will be running either Multicam or ACU.

Are you going to the skirm on the 21st???

I'm not a cop, I'm a cadet (I do pretty much the same stuff as cops, but I get paid half as much and I don't carry a firearm, oh and I can't arrest people, but I can 'detain' them), but I've been doing this for 4 years. I'm testing for a position as a Campus Security Officer at WSU next year

Woah, very cool. I am visting Washington State next week.

The only reason I'm not going is because it would mean I have to take two days off of work. :(

Tell ya what. We have a dentist on our team. I can get you a discount. You would be the first person to have teeth pulled during an event :D

So? I was on duty a day and a half after I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled. Granted, I sat at my desk and slept/drooled for 6 hours, but regardless! Come, and we can use you as bait. Example:

Enemy #1: "Whys that guy laying there?"
Enemy #2: "I don't know, maybe we should see if he's alright"
Enemy #1: "You ok?" *nudges you* "Oh shit I think he's hurt"
Enemy #2: "Why's he drooling?"
Enemy #1: "......Oh shit! It's a trap!"

Plus you can probably try to sell whatever pain meds you have left over, just make sure I don't see and mix them in with the BBs

You make me nervous Nick with the way you think

This reminds me of the time i was in Jamaica. We got off the boat and right away a guy runs up to me with a coat. Flips it open and asks what i wanted. I look across the street and right there was a MP holding a MP5 watching. We were still on the cruise ships property, but the minute i step off i would find out what the butt end of that gun would feel like on the back of my head.
No thanks!
