UPDATE: I'm going to experiment with a new version of the 3-way Capture the Flag skirmish I ran a few months back. Assume that we'll be running arm bands, and if you want to be grouped with your friends, it's important that you show up on time because the stragglers are the ones that get put where they're needed for even team sizes.

I think two people should be assigned to follow Ben around at all times. One will carry a huge backpack full of foam with an antannae sticking out, which Ben will call radio checks on every 15 minutes and give SITREPS to the commander.

The other guy will be his ammo bearer, and carry all of Ben's ammo.
