put a drop of dawn dish soap on the inside of your lenses and spread it all around with your finger let sit overnight

in the morning DO NOT WASH OUT THE DAWN just use a cloth or napkin and wipe off the dawn and polish it up nicely so there arent any streaks.

thatll work quite well

neither this or any of the things you listed will damage your lenses

You put it on your skin, I think you're safe. (Assuming it's not an exfoliating soap/shampoo. :P)

I use liquid soap to clean CDs/DVDs, and they're much softer.

As long as it doesn't have scrubbing abrasives, you're golden.

... If you eat 30 sticks of it through your nose maybe, but deoderant prevents sweating, so no fogging.
