Kendodude wrote:Well SVT.Union, WELCOME TO MILSIM! They're trying to hold an authentic Mil-sim event, and if you don't have the required gear that you can't buy then that's too bad. Airsoft is an expensive hobby/sport. Get used to it.

Thanks Kendo.

I'll just add to your points in response to SVT. Union....

Mil/sim isnt stupid. It's the whole point of airsoft. Its why you hold a reverse engineered replica AK AEG in your hands, instead of a AEG that resembles nothing.

Anyhow Iam sure Airhead Airsoft would rent you a M16/M4 platform for the day if you truly have your heart set on serving with US forces at the event.

The field is the only field that is relatively close to spokane (45 minute drive) but its a combination field of Paintball and Airsoft. there are several types of terrain there, Woods, Meadows, Trenches, Hills, Bunkers/fox holes, and towers. I loved playing at this field during the night. Its a pretty good field to have events on, but I truely love the 9mile field.

I would really love to go to this event.

Lunch will be served at the OP , along with cold water and sodas.
My wife has agreed to provide some great food. Once she has decided on a menu, I'll post it. Price for lunch will be a set price. Soda and water can be purchased throughout the day.

Sorry 4 my English--I`m from Ukraine.
May be it`s offtop, but I decided to show, how looks standart uniform of russian and ukrainian (and last years of USSR) soldiers.
http://www.airsoft.od.ua/gallery/main.p ... emId=19316
On this photo U can see 3 airsofters from Ukraine 2-3 years ago. Airsoft wasn`t popular and easy 2 get uniform or AEG. So...
Left guy--we call it "dubok" it means oak.
Center guy--oak, but this guy found different pans and short.
Right guy--masking combi been used by USSR scouts 194..-1980-s.
On their heads are hemlets of police.

SVT.Union, I haven`t seen your photo yet, but I`m sure that U don`t look like soviet trooper (I can help in some stuff and info). But U must know, yhat AK--symbol of rebels in all world, so U may play for Iran army in semi-civil cloth. Am I wrong?
