Generally I just let the promoter handle everything, but it seemed like it was escalating. So I tried to help.

It's my fault. I am sure it will all get worked out.

heres the FPS issue as i currently see it:

PTOC allows guns up to 350fps at most of their hosted games. the AP limits for CQC are still 330fps. this does not mean that AP is boycotting or otherwise sanctioning PTOC (as if we could anyways). its their field, they can host whatever rulesets they want. however, any AP sponsored event at PTOC will still most likely be 330fps. the fps limits are up to whoever is hosting the event, the AP ruleset is a general consensus from experience and research, and any games that are to be sponsored or supported by AP are required to meet this ruleset.

FPS Limits: 330 with .20 bb's

Eye Protection: Required.

Face Protection: Highly Recommended.

Even though not required, we ask that you atleast bring face protection so you have it.

When you die, you become a zombie as well - THIS MEANS YOU CAN/WILL BE SHOT AT!

If you bring a shemagh, balaclava, or gatorneck you do not have to wear it while "alive."
However, we do ask that you to take it with you into the field of play and put it on if and/or when you become a zombie.


Also, the minimum age has been lowered to 14.

oh, and carnae is kind of a go-fer...still not sure how he got involved... :lol:

PTOC is where the even is being held at.

I believe that most of the confusion is stemming from the fact that Thoma is stuck in the middle of the Idaho desert for Annual Training and cant answer some questions that he is best suited for.

i apoligize that the situation is causing confusion and will attempt to better communicate with everyone.

There are plenty of reasons on why we would like face protection. i myself have had a .20 lodged pretty deep im my cheek from a miss fired TSD M9. and the doctor was confused as hell on how it happend....but a lil of topic. We are just trying to make the game a enjoyable as possible. as well as making it possile to hold more like it in the future. all rules either Carrie or Thoma post are final and non negotiable. Carrie is trying as hard as possible to answer ur questions' however she has no contact with Thoma(haloeclipse) at this time. which makes this quite difficult for her.
