Because a helmet could be considered armor.

At these ranges it would go right through it. Unless your lucky, but I do believe K-Pots will stop some round like .45 and some others.

even if the round did not pemetrate the kevlar, you would suffer a massive subdermal hemmorage, from the kinetic shockwave. kevlar is not bulletproof.

But it is kind of like of you are wearing a plate carrier you are considered to have armor on and can take 2 hits to the chest before dying. So is that the rule for helmets are is it one shot? I believe that is what he is asking.

Yes, thank you.

I just wanted to know if it counted for anything in airsoft. I dont care what happens with real bullets, we arent shooting real bullets.

1. LETHAL HITS – Any hits to the neck or your head are an immediate kill.

Straight out of the handbook.

In the former CQCs, helmet hits are kills. Helmets are designed to protect you from banging your head, and maybe shrapnel.

It wouldn't stop a rifle round. It might stop a small pistol round. However, even if it doesn't drill you, it'll still throw a mash in your gray matter, so you'd be out anyway.

For the VIP Escort: Do we use our own vehicle, or is there one supplied? And if so, with or without a driver?

Helmet-Cam footage will be implemented again this time, but with a much better camera system. The camera will be secured to the helmet with velcro. Because this camera is much better quality, it does have wires that run to a small DVR device + battery pack. They can easily be stored in a small pouch on your tac gear.

Using the helmet camera is optional, but if you have teammate with an extra pouch on his vest I would HIGHLY recommend it. (It'll be kick a$$ and all your friends will think you are cool, women will love you too).

So, if you're interested, start thinking about who on your team will use it. We won't have much time to rig you up before it's time to step off!

Dune corps could use up to 6 more people for our stack. Have your own helmets, eyeware, gun shooting 330-, own ride to site, and pay your own entrance fee. Experienced people prefered because of the lack of training. and A.C.U. preferred. For the non experienced who wish to inquire refer to this link www.globalsecurity.org/military/library ... 11/ch3.htm
Heaven dont want the Dune Corps, and Hells afraid we're gonna take over.
