For APST OPs, there is an 18+ age restriction, I don't know about this one, though.

Camping situation:

We are finalizing private land to camp on this weekend.

We have an issue with having more then 30 on public land (it will require a bond, and some other stuff) but we should be able to accomadate 30 on site.

There is a state camp ground in Gold Bar (about 15 minutes from the field) that has a first come first served registration. They have 8 campsites that are rated for 8 people per site. The cost is $15 per night for camping there. The issue is we can't reserve anything in advance so we are thinking of coming up Thursday just to reserve a few sites.

Lastly there is the motel option. I have reseved 7 rooms for Sat and so far we have 3 taken.

Hopefully, we get the private land and there is no issue. We will know by the end of the weekend on that.

In other news:

CAMPING GROUND CONFIRMED!

We have confirmed and reserved a large site for camping and we will have enough room for everyone. I need to know ASAP how many you have camping and what gear you have (i.e. GP Tent, RV, etc).

Those who have donated $25 will have camping included for free. Those who have not will need to pony up $10 for the camp site for Saturday. For those coming up Friday night, please let me know ASAP so I can make arrangements if needed.
