Event Details

I'd like to thank Dust to Diamonds for allowing us to use their shop on Sunday June 3rd for this event. They're not charging us at all, this is a great opportunity and a good location right in downtown PDX. APST will have 4-5 tables of gear and a number of free items we've gathered over the years to give away. All private sellers are welcome to show up and sell gear. Bring your tactical gear, AEGs, GBBs, magazines and any gear for Airsoft.

FOR SELLERS:
You need to let us know in advance if you wish to sell. Tell us how many people are in your group, and how many tables you expect to bring by posting here. Sellers can show up an hour early (9:00am) to setup. Sorry, no retailers, only private parties. Feel free to post what you're bringing too.

FOR BUYERS:
Show up any time you like between the open hours of 10am to 6pm, there should be a great deal of gear there and a lot of FREE stuff too. New folks, come check out gear and talk shop with the pros, you also might find enough gear laying around to complete your loadout and get you into milsim!

IMPORTANT RULES:

- DO NOT BRANDISH AEGs and REPLICAS OUTSIDE THE BUILDING! As per the AP safety rules, all Airsoft guns must be transported in carry bags, boxes or cases. Once you're inside, the guns can come out of boxes. You will be turned away if you show up at the door with an unpackaged gun. You will not be allowed to leave with an unpackaged gun.

- NO SHOOTING Since this is a confined space and there will be a lot of us there, we're not going to be able to shoot in the building. We MIGHT set up a designated range, but PLEASE show up with AEGs on safe, magazines out, batteries unplugged and muzzle caps fixed. If you decide it's funny to pop off a few shots at your buddy, you'll be asked to leave.

I don't have near enough stuff to justify selling at a table, so are any of the people there going to be buying as well as selling over their tables?

You can bring stuff to sell if you want, but you just won't really have a place to set it down. You might bum some table space off somebody else if they have room

You could always just bring a blanket for the floor and sitting on the floor. It can also help you stay warm (in the summer) wow!

Not such a good idea. This is a detailing shop, unless you want to toss the blanket after you're done it's probably not going to work out too well.

If I do, I'll bring a few tables for those of you who are tableless and want a place to sell/give your stuff. I'm probably just be going to hang out so if anyone wants I'll work at any booth to allow sellers to get more time to walk around and look at gear.
