Mini-CQC2 **ONE TEAM SLOT OPEN - CLASS NOW TWO DAYS**

Portland Police Department Surveillance Report:

Officer Johnathan Billings

On the morning of April 02, Officer Bruce Dosier and myself set up an observation post just down the street from the target house 1343 SW Freeman Street. From the hours of 0800 to 2100, we watched the house and all that took place at the residence.

We have received reports of possible illegal activity at this location, but without any credible evidence at this time, we were assigned to stake out the Freeman house in hopes of observing something to build a case on. At this time we are only aware of two individuals living at this location. Peter Kaufman, an ex-con, and Bob Stewart, who we have no record of at this time. We will provide more information on the two suspects as soon as we finish putting together the full report.

Here are some of the photos taken while Officer Dosier and myself were observing the target.

We were able to get a picture of the interior of the house. It's not the best quality, but hopefully it will give an idea of the layout.

We believe that 1343 SW Freeman may house some kind of illegal base of operations, but at present time we do not have the evidence to support this. More information will be filed as we get it.

WHAT: CQC Training for players ranging from beginners to advanced.
WHERE: 1343 SW Freeman Street, Portland, OR 97219
WHEN: April 21st and 22nd

PRICE: $15 prepay or $25 after April 6th. (paypal: blacksierrapayments@gmail.com )
AGE REQUIREMENT: 18+ (If you are under 18 you need a waiver signed by your parent)
TEAM INFO: 6-12 people per team.

EVENT SUMMARY

This is an opportunity for you to work on your craft. Whether you're just starting out, or you fancy yourself a veteran, this event offers something for everybody.

Two hours of hands-on training in a realistic environment with actors, props, and one on one instruction. Work on your breaching, room clearing, and movement. You want that trophy at the next competition? This is how you do it.

THE CURRICULUM
Over the course of the two hours, each team will be given a scenario to run through. While the scenario will not change, the storyline will be altered after every round. Same building, same people, different behavior from the actors. The instructors will review each round in the team debriefing, answer questions, and give feedback on what could be improved upon.

It will be a call-up style scenario, with full immersion from the moment you step foot on location. It's safe to say that this will be our most immersive event to date.

PLAYER INFO
Because CQC is quickly growing into one of the more popular events in the northwest, we recognize the need for training opportunities. Whether you're a veteran of past tournaments or you are wanting to break into the CQC game, this is the perfect opportunity to sharpen your skills.

Beginners: We will run through the basics of stacking up, breaching, room clearing, and movement. By the time you leave this event you will, at the very least, have a good idea of what it takes to compete in a CQC competition.

Intermediate: You've been to a competition. You've gotten a taste, but now you want more. You already have the foundation, now it's time to build on it. Our instructors will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses, while taking you through the grading process and helping you improve as a team.

Advanced:
So you fancy yourself a CQC guru. Very well. It's time to crank up the volume. You already know the basics, you've decimated everything in your path, you need a challenge. Prepare yourself. Now is the time to see how good you really are.

At the end of the day we want everyone to have fun, learn a little about CQC, and hopefully leave with a smile on their face. This event will be a pressure free environment. No winners. No losers. Just a good way to work on your skills.

I have some people who may want to run in this, but, due to economic reasons, a few only have hi-caps. Is this going to be an event which requires standard loads, or can we practice CQC with hi-caps?

Negative. This picture was taken AT the WAR CQC competition. THAT SCAR belongs to KA-BAR.
