That way we don't have to have the fake Monty Python accents.

Last time Scots wore kilts in battle was during the Battle of Dunkirk.

So can I do an airsoft impression of that?

They used mainly Uzi's right?

I need the extra long kilt, to hide my low hanging shrubbery.

With the subdued poodle!

Yes. According to Henry Turtledove the Israelis sent Uzis back in time to the Canadians.

Well, I think I'll be signing up as most of my Brit kit will transfer over to Canadian.

As to kilts in battle... Bill Millin, the Lord Lovat's piper, wore a kilt when No. 4 Commando waded onto Sword Beach on D-Day and marched to relieve the Paras at the Oerne bridge landing.

As to wearing kilts, I have several Utilikilts including a treebark camo one for paintball. Playing in 97 degree heat last year I was knee deep in a cold river covering a bridge crossing when I decided to 'dunk the junk' in the water... instant relief! Kilts are the best hot weather gear ever.
