Listen to whatever gets you pumped up. You want music that gives you confidence and bravado. I like Chevelle, Breaking Benjamin, Rage Against The Machine, Audioslave, and to some extent Metallica. I like loud, low-tuned, distorted guitars and the rest of the hard rock that goes with it. People who tell you that hard rock is about "girls not wanting to touch your wiener" are just projecting and don't realize that half of all music is angsty and brokenhearted. They are also too worried about their status and what other people think about them anyway. Guys wouldn't write music if it didn't get them women. Hard rock is about lots of different subjects, but that's another topic. Airsofting is about shooting people. Listen to what gets your blood flowing and puts you in a mood to shoot at people with plastic bbs. If Katy Perry gets you going... I should say if Katy Perry's music gets you going then listen to that.
