i had the same problem with my old crappy charger. what charger are you currently using. if worst comes to worst buy this charger for a lot cheaper (http://www.hobbypartz.com/60p-dyc-1004.html), and the website sells dirt cheap lipo's.
thats my two cents

what charger are you using ? is it a lipo charger?

a standard airsoft charger is not going to work.

also when using batteries are you draining them completely?

your can ruin your lipo batteries doing that. Suggestion is using a lipo alarm to buzz at ya when the battery is low.

just by using them until they're out of juice, the cells don't like being depleted past a certain voltage. the lipo alarm monitors that though.

you really should search a post by a guy names "creature" on the dangers of using the wrong charger for a lipo, the scares on his hands are a good learning tool...

edit

here is the link in fact

If you pay attention in that link, his batteries blew up because he was not using a balance charger. You HAVE to use a balance charger or run the risk of blowing them up.

Even then, Airsoft Outlet NW's current lipo batteries are less volatile than many older batteries or cheap ones. The few that've been charged improperly swell, but none of ours have burst yet.

If the batteries aren't charging, it may be because they've been over-discharged. When lipo batteries are discharged below 3.0v per cell, they can fail to recharge properly. AONW sells lipo alarms to warn you when the voltage is getting low, but if the batteries have already been discharged too far, they might be too far gone.

Also, using a lipo until it won't run the AEG anymore will almost guaranteed kill the battery.
