Caw grenade shells

wondering what is the best ammo capacity for a caw shell, I want fairly good range and spread.

When I did my T&E on my grenades last year, I found the best performance from 'nades with capacities under 100 and with an ammo mix of roughly 15% 0.12g, 30% 0.20g, and 55% 0.25g. Good mix of spread and range.
