Post your paintjob thread

I've noticed lately that a lot of people seem to be camoflaguing their stuff.

I figure it would be cool to see what other people are doing.

Brag, say why you painted it the way you did, whatever.

So, post away.

I was tired of looking at a solid OD m14. I didn't do that great of a job prepping, so the paint is already coming off. I'm thinking of stripping it and starting over.

I'll post a picture against some local foliage tomorrow, but for now this is it:
http://www.airsoftpacific.com/viewtopic.php?t=21675&start=30
I painted it the way I did (1) to give it a more natural color and (2) the striping is to break up the outline and make it not IMMEDIATELY recognizable as a weapon.
I ended up using my tac light tonight as a flashlight, and just held it up against some random trees and bushes, and the striping is very effective.

The other side is black, making it effective in shadowy environments.
