I'm holding a Dboys M4 right now, and can tell you it is not too shiny. I had a LEO buddy come over to go over EMT stuff about a week ago, and he saw it and asked how I had come by a SBR, supressed, M4. He thought it was real until he saw: 1) No markings, 2) charging handle didn't come back far enough 3) There was a weird metal contraption in the ejection port.

To be fair though, just because someone is LE, doesn't mean they know everything about guns. My cousin is LE and when I bring up guns, he just looks at like me like i'm speaking mandarin.
