Discuss anything and everything here that's Airsoft related.

Yea but what can I do? I presented all the evidence I can think of. All i can do now is cross my fingers and hope paypal sees the truth :/

Edit: Also Malik seems to not be responding so that kind of speaks for itself

To be blunt, I really doubt that will happen. I honestly hope it will, but in my experience, even when presented with all the evidence in the seller's favor, they will decide in the buyer's favor, for whatever the reason. :/ Best of luck to you though.

I only provided 7 pieces of physical and visual evidence, while all he has provided, is telling me HE broke it.. So if that doesn't show paypal the whole story, then I really have no faith in the whole service lol..

Here's my "evidence" the gun was a piece of shit the first day it arrived. As well as proof the grenade wasn't perfect either.

Please note the dates at which these issues were brought up, I'll even forward someone every single email between us if anyone UNBIASED wants it.
---------------------------------------------
As for the arguments of me trying to sell it as fully functioning, I still was trying to believe that the seller was being truthful and that was wrong with either my propane adapter(which had recently been broken/reassembled) or that maybe the mag was just leaking.

Technically, semi/full auto do work, just the magazine is somehow not able to be emptied of bbs.

------

The reason I was not able to give an exact part to fix was the seller or his tech had somehow stripped the primary disassemble screw and I couldn't even get in to the blowback unit. I was speculating that it was the valve being damaged or something like that, but had no way of telling. So simply put, the reason the seller never received a part that needed fixing was it was impossible for me to tell. Which meant it'd need at least a complete new slide.
-------------

Another issue that hasn't been brought up was the grenade he sent me had the pin missing and the part that punctures the co2 broken. It is too short so it can't puncture it. I bought co2 on Thursday, tested, failed, tried again 3 times on Saturday/Sunday, and then realized the canisters weren't even being punctured. So both "big" items he'd sent were pretty much useless.

------------------------

The request for a partial refund was changed to a full, because once I saw this thread, I saw that he was not only trying to rip me off, but he was also trying to smear my name. In the event the seller admits he was making shit up and whatnot, I will send him the amount back to equal what I had wanted in my PARTIAL refund request he denied through arrogance.

The gun was working perfectly. This can be verified by countless people at my local field. YOU tried to disassemble it and YOU upsidedown up. YOU yourself clearly stated the gun was working fine and in perfect condition did you not? Do not try to recant what you said based off the fact that your own incompetence lead to the malfunction of the gun

The grenade however I can understand. I will refund that amount. You are NOT getting a full refund and keeping the gun, whilst trying to sell it off to other people however. How do you not see that that is a scam?

I believe right here it says and i quote "WORKS FINE" not but a few days ago. You have blatantly admitted that the gun "broke" in your possession.

Awesome paypal. Despite tons of visual evidence they rule in the buyers favor. Can't say I'm too surprised but whatever. Will post video evidence of the gun working when it returns for everyones amusement. Who want's to put bets down it won't work anymore when I receive it?

What I should receive in mail: Thunder B's Gun Bag itself etc..
What you should do: Mail it via verified tracking number.

I'm an honest person (unlike some people  ) and now I have this fat paypal debt, due to a case of buyer's regret and sheer incompetence.

Just let this be a warning of this dudes honesty.

The ACOG was on the second payment if you've forgotten.

Ah I see now. Sorry I misread the paypal statement >_<

EDIT: How the hell can you say I was being untrustworthy when I offered to help pay for whatever needed fixing?... You can even see it there in the picture you provided.

EDIT2: Well that will be the last paypal transaction I ever do

This is something the two of you need to work on like adults in private.

I tried. I tried offering to pay for the fixing of it. I tried to reason with him. But at the point where he says it's working then 4 days later decides to change his mind, its blatant scamming.. And I was the victim this time. Live and learn and I won't make the mistake of selling something not face to face anymore

Again for reference of this see: Image

EDIT: Now to try and fix this -$140 paypal balance

WOAH!
Good read, guys. Sucks for...both of you I guess. One loses money, the other one reputation.
Not taking sides, but I think the whole thing is a little shaky...

Agree with Switchback! It all looks a bit fishy to me but it's done with for now so I think thats all that matters

But I feel bad for Malik, I mean losing money is one thing but loosing reputation is something a lot harder to gain back.
