VERY SAD, sorry to hear this Matt. You two were always great to have out at ABT. As Kar-bar said, we couldn't believe how well you two shot the crap out of everyone with just pistols. Take care

RIP Aaron.. I remember buying his AEG over the summer because he wasn't in the condition to play anymore.. Him and Rentax were the best pistol buddies around with their custom mk23s.
Later.

Aaron was by far a better man that I am, he lived his life with both honor and joy and he brought both of these important things onto the airsoft field with him. I brought him to airsoft and he brought me to this community (and many a game) To say he will me missed in an under statement.
Aaron's last game was Op: Steele Talon. He had been battling a what he thought was a cold for about 2 months but decided to attend because he had been itching for some trigger time. Late in the day his legs became pretty weak and he decided it was time to visit the doctor. Aaron had stage IIB Hodgkins Lymphoma.
Aaron researched the shit out of a thing before he did anything about it, and cancer was no different, he tried everything, and when it most of it seemed not to work he tried Chemo, that didn't work, he tried more alternative medicines, and as he went on a roller coaster of ups and downs his cancer just continued to grow. He died March 8th, two month and two days shy of his 24th birthday.

His family and friends will be having a celebration memorial service for Aaron on Monday, March 15th @ 11:30 am if you'd like more information shoot me a PM.

Thank you all again for you wishes and words.

Goddamn. That's a tragic and humbling reminder of just how delicate life is.

I'll keep him and his family in my prayers. No matter how big this community gets, it's like a knife in the gut whenever we lose someone. I'm sorry I never got a chance to meet this man and get to know him like a lot of you have.

Rest in peace.

I did not know Aaron, but I mourn the loss of one so young, and so well respected and liked in our community.

Hodgkins Lymphoma is one of the more tenacious forms of cancer...I have known two friends over the years who suffered its affliction. Whatever the circumstances, know that this man fought one hell of a battle.

May God keep and comfort his family and loved ones.

Aaron, you are truly a scout. You have made the journey none of us can, but all of us will. May your soul be at peace.
