Riser also works, did that too to get my red dot up. You can get a longer riser that should fit both on there. I like the hot glue idea...I think it could work.

My 552 sight had the issue of wobble and never being tight. I simply took a zip tie. Clipped two 2" pieces, set them on the rail, set the sight ontop of the zip tie's and rail, then attached it. It's tight now. No glue, not epoxy. Real simple.

Gonna have to try that! Something made out of hard plastic like that sounds like a good idea since it won't have any give in the material unlike tape and cardboard.

I'm saving glue as a last resort, but the hot glue does sound like a good idea for sure!

Oh, and i guess I'll say it. (I'm sure I'm not the only one tho)


For the life of me i couldn't figure out what the hell cows nesting had to do with sights not fitting correctly (cowitnessing) But once i figured out that it was co-witnessing it made more sense :)

Don't hyphens save lives, or is it only commas?

I just used super glue.
Dries fast.
You can pick it off with you finger nail.
