This would be amazing, i just bought a new gun a indoor place would be nice upgrade to the southern Oregon area especially in the winter.

you could have a membership option with a monthly subscription for $34.99-49.99.

people that invite friends to join get a week free or something of that sort.

Overall I think it's a great idea but i am not sure where you will be able to do this at since there are not many pre existing warehouses that you can convert to a indoor course.

I would need to downgrade my spring under the 350 fps limit which I have no experience in doing. any ideas on what spring would bring in 330-350 fps on a KWA M4-RIS? m100 or sp100 probably?

Depends on the stock FPS. M100 will get you pretty close but it may be over. M90 will bring you under but may be too far under. Mule's an airsmith, he'll know hot to get it right.

I would absolutely LOVE an indoor arena. What it depends on for me is where it would be placed at. Willingly I would pay $15 to $20 for an all day play charge for weekend games, or just days that you plan on playing. $5 per game sounds like a fair price to me, especially seince it costs quite a bit to put up and run an indoor arena. But, it all depends. There could be tons of people coming in to play, or there could be very few. If you are planning on opening this place, I would definitely come and help. I have quite a few friends that I have been trying to get into airsoft, plus another few that actually play with me. In total its around 7 people. Have you got any idea on where you want to put this field of yours? Just wanting to know so I can price out my gas.
