Yeah. DVR'd that and watched it about 20 minutes before I saw this...

Depends on the game; usually the gameplay is continuous so nobody ends up hunting a camper for 3 hours. So there would be a respawn point that serves the same purpose.

haha neither do we, but practice makes perfect! We're not going to go to our first game as a sniper/spotter and expect much.
