Good idea! does it hurt?
I have to check with my insurance to see if its cover, otherwise I believe its 1K per eye.
Thanks!

Depends on which type you get. The type I had, didn't hurt all that much (Thought I gots good drugs with it), just being almost blind for a couple of days is the only major inconvenience. Oh and having to learn how to "see" again is a little bit does take some getting used to.

Standard polycarbonate lenses usually don't meet ANZI requirements. If you go cheaper get as little curvature as you can. The lower the quality, stronger the prescription and more curvature of the lens leads to more distortion, in my experience.

Yeah, I've seen his, and they look like they held up well.

EDIT: To get prescription inserts, their site says you need a military ID. D:

I use WileyX Brick eyepro. They have been great, and rarely fog up. I have Rx lenses and didn't need military ID to order the glasses. I got the lenses that automatically darken in sunlight so I don't need separate glasses for night or overcast games.

It didn't hurt just two months of eyedrops and you can wear any eye pro you want...

Well the problem I had was I had to have the Laser PRK due to severe astigmatism, and a scratched cornea from when I wore contacts, and the day after I had it done the replacement contact fell out, no amount of Oxycontin was enough for the pain in my eyes to go away.

Do you know what model he has? Ivan and myself used Rx pairs of Blinks for awhile, and while the lenses were great the frames were terrible.

SG1 is the type they are really nice, quite a few people on my team own this type. Since I wear contacts I use mess lenses with them.

Should I "test" the glasses after I recieved them before wearing them to a game??
I know I will be so pissed if they cracked & like $100+ dollars down the toilet after 2 sec I opened the package :(
