I like how all of the 14 yeard old kids get really upset, when they know it is true...

First of all there is a difference between making someone call their hits and causing flesh wounds, broken goggles.
Second, As soon as the Taliban and Al Qaeda run around with 400 round mags and 3500 round box mags on their AK come back and talk. Airsoft is a game of honor and participants are expected to follow the rules.

Yet the taliban run around try to capture each others flags???

Shut up. Go away. Come back when you have something useful to say. Oh, in a decade or so.

If you don't like a game, don't go. I don't even live in Oregon but I know that a bunch of teams around there host small ops weekly. They are often just skirmishes, which is what I'm sensing is the only thing you want.

And will you chill? You are posting on a Mis-lim forum; you ARE going to get flamed. By trying to be a smart a$$ you’re bringing more people to bear on you with opinions you obviously don’t agree with.

Just remember that there are still rule friendly skirmishes within this community. However, the games are gradually becoming stricter on rule limitations just like the moderator said (too lazy to quote). If you really care about airsoft, put some extra money into it and go with the flow. Or host your own events and start to attract a crowd, but it seems you have gotten off to a bad start.

Hey G, in one more year you can join the real armed services and quit your bitching. Of course, by the way you're acting you'd probably get your entire squad killed.

So just pick the games that you're interested in.

i mean, there are only like two flavors of ice cream that i eat at Baskin-Robbins, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't offer 31 flavors for the rest of society, lol.

I do, ad that is why i havent gone to a frickin game since summer, because every game since then is a waste of time! DONT HOST BS GAMES!

So in almost a year you haven't found 1 game worth going to. There has been almost every kind of game imaginable in that time. What exactly are you looking for in a game?

I want a real mil'sim. where you have to occupy an area or POI, with a few hundred people, the place that comes to mind is splat action, get control of one of the towns or something, not go grab a trash bag full of a few spearmint wrappers and pat each other on the a$$.

sounds like he wants a basic skirmish, no mag restrictions, organization optional, CP or CTF

Ya know, G, your just setting yourself up for a long flaming or being laughed at a lot.

On topic, I can honestly say I am a mil-sim guy and would rather be in my VDV or Merc loadout/mentality, but that doesn't keep me from going to local skirms just for the fun of it. Running around like Rambo gets you shot quickly, and when you start asking for ridiculously high FPS guns on full auto, you're asking for some trouble.

Capture the Flag is effing Capture the Flag. A mil-sim game is a mil-sim game. It's not like a whole bunch of 12-year-olds have military training or any knowledge of what the heck they actually fight like. Just because a few kids want to have some LEGAL (I REPEAT, LEGAL) and safe fun with airsoft replicas, then let them. When they are old enough, they can join a team of Military Simulators.

If you feel that small skirms between people who just want to have some fun is a problem for you, then I suggest you find a real hardcore MilSim team.

There is a reason I belong to several teams.

DON'T BE A FRIGGIN' RAMBO!

Get over yourself, please.

MilSim=Military Simulation, i.e. Uniform and Mag restrictions.

What you are talking about=A skirm with a lot of people who are dressed somewhat like military operators.

Well sadly if you want real "Mil'sim" them you would have to have magazine restrictions, Uniform restrictions etc.. But you state you don't want any of those so you want a glorified Skirmish

So you want something like Op Thunder Strike, but with out the mag and camo restrictions?
