Think of it this way. You've got a couple hundred acres of pristine wilderness that would be perfect for a little community of rich bastards who will pay the better part of a million dollars for the feeling of being in the woods, even though they wouldn't know what to do with a hiking trail if it bit them three times on the nose.
Trouble is, there's some neighbors who party ALL NIGHT, and run around SHOOTING EACHOTHER. You'd never sell a single house if the day of an open house, some KID shot out someones window. So, file a complaint with the county and get it shut down. Simple.
