New urban field? (In the future)

Well I have spent some time and now have come very close to convincing my father to invest in purchasing property and developing an urban environment type airsoft field. Disclaimer: this would not be fully developed and opened for around 5 years seens how I will be serving in the military for four years. So while it seems like it this is not another omg guys ima build a field post. What this is for is me coming to the community asking for some help. Specifically field owners and of anybody with any experience in the operation standpoint of an airsoft field. Just assume I know nothing (I do have a basic understanding) and tell me what you know. Whether it be issues with overhead. Materials for building. Safety. Insurance whatever. I would like to get the masses opinion on these sorts of things. Make sure I don't miss anything.
