I don't know about the quality of the bb's but they seem reasonably priced for bio ammo.

However I know I will not be playing at this field anytime soon.

I totally think the URL is way to long.

Well that’s ridiculous, because the URL bar is obsolete. I just use Google, and I think most people use their search engine more than punching in web addresses.

We just tool around too. We take our dickin’ around more seriously though. I would agree, they’re not professional about their dickin’.

Lock and Load owner

Postby lockandload » Mon May 09, 2011 11:47 pm

Hey guys just wanted to touch base and let you know what we are about. We have been operating a mobile paintball business along with paintball fields in the Portland area since 2006. This year we are opening back up and decided to include airsoft since it is something we enjoy and have had numerous inquiries from our customers about. We have 2 fields. One in St. Helens OR that we have operated since 2008 and one in Tigard that is new and we are still developing it and hope to have it up very soon. Our website was a rough version and has had some issues taken care of and you can now see more information and pictures to show you what we do. We are about having fun, being safe and serving our customers. Hope for a good sunny summer and have fun out there.

Tim,

The redesigned site is definitely a step in the right direction. It's always nice to see new fields.

Also, the professional and prompt response to (at least in my case) intensely critical commentary speaks volumes. I'm not often impressed by field owners, but you have made a positive impression. As such, I am much more likely to attend future events at your facility.

There are a number of event promoters that frequent this forum. I'm sure that if you talk with them, they can give you a list of the things they are looking for when selecting a field to host events.

Also, there are a number of teams that play and train regularly. Talking with them about setting up training or skirmishes at your sites may be a good way of garnering more interest from the community.

You seem to have hit the ground running when it comes to adding airsoft to your business. I wish you the best of luck!

Agree with Steve, looks a lot better than when I saw it before. Glad to see a field in my local area, will be sure to check it out in the future.

Would be happy to put you guys on our playfields page - and don't hesitate to post some of your events up on our calendar.

Wow, at $15 for only three hours of play and required purchase of ammo I'll stick to clubbing seals in my spare time. :D

The field in St. Helens was the first field i ever played on, and it wasnt that bad. Enjoyed myself, not the best party I have ever played with though... But enjoyable.
