I got a guy who wanted to buy my 360, he asked for all my info, then he said he was in d.c. right now and he was going to money order it, I said ok at first, then later said cash only please and he never replyed. I wouldn't sell it to the guy. Just make him do paypal if he wants to buy it. One of the safest ways for money transfer.

This guy will ask for you bank account # and routing number to send you money, with that info he can empty your bank account. Same info used as sending allows withdraw.

Definitely by the looks of it, is one really inexperienced buyer, a child, or a very determined foreign person who wants to scam your a$$ because most people are too dumb to even notice it.

what I really wonder is, if this guy IS a scam, how many people have fallen for his dumb shit before you?

The next step will be a transfer from a bank in Australia while he claims he is in New York and will want you to ship it to a bus stop in Nigeria so his brother can receive it and then ship it to him since he is traveling on business... Seen it all before.

Which of course will all be fake and you will get some official looking e-mail from your bank saying that the transfer was complete. Also it takes banks a week or 2 to verify that a cashiers check is no good so don't accept that either.

Well this guy is insanely stupid, or from another country. But still insanely stupid. He doesn't space his sentences right, he spells wrong, and he uses wrong grammer, IE payment directly to you bank. Tell him to screw off or something.

And it's not just spending your money you'd have to worry about. For example, he could deposit stolen money to your account for payment. He'd have some options there.

i vote that you correspond with him and see how much of HIS info you get before forwarding the e-mails to the fbi.
