hey guys. i got an old utg m14 and a ca ak47. so naturally i think to try to make an sks. any thoughts?
this is my rifle, this is my gun, this is for fighting this is for fun.

Why?

Sure, the SKS isn't bad in real steel, but why? you need custom mags for it. and a stripper clip mod.

Quit sticking the AK mag into the M14, its not going to work right.

I think somebody needs to make the mosin nagant.

KTW did. Have fun spending over 1000 dollars on a spring gun that, if I remember correctly, has either a fixed hop or no hop at all.

Go buy a real SKS, for $300-$400 and take a blowtorch, hacksaw and a dremel to it.

i like that idea, but if im gonna spend the cash for a real steel i want to be able to fire it as real steel, not just airsoft

think the m-14 gearbox might fit I had RS SKS years ago that I could run ak type mags in it (major mod but I had the "SKS 30rd" mag )

you could gut the m14 to accommodate for the ak-7's body, drop it in, extend to bolt handle thingy and use the short ak magazines

can be done
