One question, Why is it illegal to buy it? Also, Looks like itd be pretty effective here in oregon.

It's illegal in Ireland to buy or sell it (not in America) a lot like real Cadpat in Canada.

Ahhh, I just find it odd that they would make it illegal. Probably something to do with military contraband laws of somesort. I wouldnt know.

I'm not quite so certain why Canada has it, but Ireland had the Troubles, and so they're probably very keen on keeping a tight lid on everything to do with arming the populous to keep them from grabbing every piece of military equipment and every gun in sight and then invading Belfast.
