Bulk order help

Postby God » Thu Nov 03, 2011 9:26 am

Alright, so my team is looking in to getting a "team hat" which wouyld be a Condor SF Operator cap in Black and/or OD. My question is, does anyone know if it is possible to get adiscount on an order of 10-20 caps?

Also, where would be a good place to have custom VELCRO/NON-VELCRO patches created? Again, 10-20 of them.

for the hats i would just contact a retailer that carries them to see if they will do bulk discounts. also make sure they have the stock on hand if you want them quickly, otherwise they will have to contact their distributor and have them shipped or added to their next order which can sometimes take a while.

for patches, it depends on a lot of things. do you already have a design? is it vectorized?

try butler patches, ive never ordered from them but they advertise on AP and i know some of the teams here have used them in the past.

Condor makes what is called a team hat. ASONW has em, Operator hat minus the front velcro square. Check out a custom embroidery place and what they would charge to make an emblem on the hats. I know there is a minimum order on patches. Check with Ogre re this, he recently made the O.G.R.E. patches

Sorry, vectorized?

I've just sent an e-mail to Condor, and will begin looking at online retailers next. I found omlpatches, but they want $7.5ea.. That's as much as a hat from Amazon.com... As for a design, not really, but it'll be easy for me to make one.

We want the velcro on the front and/or back to put the team patch on it... We won't be running a uniform per-se', so a hat will be our best/only way, besides body shape/face recognition, to recognize each other.
Plus, since no one on the team has ACU-velcro cut uniforms, we'd have to sew on the patches, something I'd like to avoid.

I understand the patch thing, the embroidery ( computer generated) may be cheaper and looks oh so cool, its also much thinner and cooler (temp ), your choice.
