Not the old one, the new one; this steaming chunk of man:

I want these pants. That he is wearing.

Any ideas on where to get them/what they are? Also, comments about Hawaii 5-0.

Thank you.

Yeah, pockets are a little more pronounced on Steve's pants, IMHO. 5.11 was the first place I checked, and they don't have the drawstring cuffs.

Also, I'd like to clarify that the material I'm looking for is that kind of nylon-y windbreakerish fabric that dries really fast.

That man has... expensive pants. And a rigid jawline.

Those almost look like "fashion" pants... I was expecting some hardcore trousers off of "http://www.SPECOPS.MIL.BAMF.USNAVYSEALS.GOV/SIXPACK". Not some fruitcake pants...

Shout out to Unconventional:

Can you make some "tactical pants" like the "Superdry" trousers for a good deal?

I knew you'd love that. To make matters worse the CBS blog says they custom tailor those things for him

Hah. No thanks, I have pajamas.

I understand; I should have said, "Can you add little cinch-cuffs (or whatever) onto some 5.11's?"

Alright, I'll probably just get some 5.11's or...

These have the little cinch things.

I can trade in a pair of non-Blackhawk trousers in for these, making them $30. Thoughts on how these compare to each other?

Sure look like the 5.11 tacticals. I have a pair, they are better than BDU's in many ways, not the least in that they have removable neoprene knee pad inserts. pretty comfortable too.

Over the last four years or so, I've migrated pretty much all of my non-suit, non-uniform pants to various flavors of 5.11's. They hold up pretty well, even with all the random crap I throw in the pockets. They are rugged enough to go running around doing CQB in, yet still look professional enough to wear to work and to school.

I really like the new Stryke pants, except for the back pockets. And the Taclite Pro pants, pretty much everything about them rocks. Try LA Police Gear, they usually have decent sales any time there is a "holiday", legitimate or Hallmark.
