Magazine tubes

Postby Peaches » Sat Oct 15, 2011 8:09 pm

Anyone know where I could possibly get the little tube that goes inside a midcap that helps push up against the spring. I know it's about 1/4 in diameter, and about 3" in length. I lost all of mine and well, I don't know where I can get replacements. My first guess would be like at a Jo-annes.

The only option I can think of is try and get broken mags off people. I have one or two that went through the flood that are jammed up.

I'm sure it's possible to make one yourself. try getting some 1/4" hard plastic tubes, and cut them to whatever length you need. if it is slightly too thin, I would imagine that you could carefully wrap duct tape (preferably the thick kind) around it. i warn you though, I have never done this (though i have done stuff like this for other airsoft stuff). i just thought of this from looking at pictures of it on the internet (and im sure someone else has too)
