this is a riot mask. it would work, so long as you we also wore your glass's. they sell an adaptable attachment. so you don’t have to buy a brand new helmet. it just mounts on. or you can go to https://secure.usstandardissue.com/ and get them to make you a set of prescription ballistic eye pro.

a little cumbersome to wear , gets in the way of using some sights

mostly used in riot control / jail extraction situations to keep fluids out of face & eyes. inmates like to throw piss / fecal material, anarchists like acid and other such nice things in your face. Old police / marine saying......."bats and hats" helmets and batons. Its pretty scary stuff. the helmets / face shields help alot. I think you can do better for airsoft. Too bulky and fogs up, no matter what people say.

That looks incredibly difficult to fight in.
I would recommend getting a regular helmet (either a PASGT or MICH) and then just finding some good goggles that will fit over your glasses. However, being as I used to wear glasses, I know the difficulty of such an endeavor. I switched to contacts.

I too am a glasses wearer and I have tried a bunch of options. Now I play with some ESS goggles made to wear over glasses and I had the goggles converted to Bitter End mesh. My first OP with them was just this last weekend and they were perfect. No fogging, and I could see great!

I'd assume it would work, just would be awkward to use.

I personally don't like the face shield, as it makes shouldering and aiming weapons more difficult and they fog, but if you hate contacts and need to wear glasses I can see it being a viable option. Just get a riser for your sights, otherwise you won't be able to use them. That, or the riot stocks for HK guns that have a large drop in order to use these shields.

I've had better results with ESS Stryker Land Ops goggles than with face shields. Face shields still fog, and on top of that, they scratch fairly easily. Unlike goggles that sit very close to your focal plain, riot face shields sit just far enough forward for me that the scratches are irritatingly noticeable.
