Hydration Carrier

Discussion of load-bearing equipment, tactical gear, holsters, BDUs, and other gear related to Airsoft.

To throw my 2¢ in I've had 2 Condor hydration bladders leak on me (mainly down near where the tube meets the bladder) but the MSR one I picked up from REI has been a tough bastard. Nice thing about it too is that the cap at the top is the same diameter/thread as my Nalgene bottle, so I swapped the caps so that I have a little retention loop and spigot for easier filling.

I also use the Camelbak Nalgene bottle/hose combo Steve mentioned earlier if I'm running my lightweight belt rig, and it's really nice too. If I'm running some old-school impression surplus canteens are great. I just keep a gallon jug at spawn to top it off since it doesn't hold as much as my MSR bladder.

Word of advice: get a bite tube cover if you go the hydration bladder route if you don't find a good place to stow the end of your tube. Low-crawling through the muck then drinking from a filthy bite tube is not fun. :(

Are you looking for a molle type hydration carrier or a stand alone backpack type carrier?
