quicksilver manufacturing suppresor.

Discussion of load-bearing equipment, tactical gear, holsters, BDUs, and other gear related to Airsoft.

quicksilver manufacturing suppresor.

I recently just realized that my stag-15 suppressor that I got off a gun I bought from a person was made by quicksilver manufacturing. On the bottom of it, it says CAL 223. I found that quicksilver manufacturing makes real steel suppressors out of titanium that run for a lot of money. I also found that madbull makes a Quicksilver manufacturing titanium suppressor for 50 $. How do I tell if mine is a real one, or one made by madbull. It doesn't say madbull on it.

Here is a link to the Madbull page for the product.

If you scroll down, you can see closeup poctures. If yours has the markings that the ones on the pictures do, it's probably licensed, or at least a good knockoff.

I really doubt someone would put a real can on an airsoft gun and then sell it. You more than likely have the Madbull copy.

As I re-read the OP, it makes so much more sense.

If an airsoft pellet goes through it, it's obviously not 5.56mm, since the pellets are 6mm in diameter. This is good, since it saves you from a charge of posession of an unregistered suppressor.

Now, is it a Madbull licensed suppressor, or is it a knockoff unlicensed suppressor? Take a look at your can, and compare the trademarks to those found on the madbull cans. If they match, it's probably a madbull copy. If not, it's probably a knockoff of the madbull copy.

The madbull barrel extenders are aluminum, not titanium btw. Also, the US legal ones are solid aluminum (excepting the bore hole), whereas the ones for use outside the US may be threaded and foam-filled.

Ahh ok thank you for finding the link. The trades on the bottom from the picture do match the ones on the silencer. Thank you for helping me out, it would of sucked to be in posession of an unregistered suppressor.
