Has anyone heard anything about this red dot sight? I cant find any reviews on it.

Not really, but you can get much better ones for the same price. Look on Ehobbyasia. The shipping is more on large orders, but for small things it really isn't that bad considering the deals you get. Look into EA and King arms ACOGs. G&P has some more expensive ACOGs, but they have very nice looking aimpoints for about half what you'd pay for the ACOG you linked.

Red dot ACOGs are the most retarded thing in airsoft.

That being said, IIRC Action is a chinaman rebrand.
