My M4 G&P WOC GBBR is complete!

Postby glockmeister » Fri Jul 05, 2013 1:28 pm

Hello everyone, just recently I managed to fit together my entire challenge kit and have created my favorite airsoft gun I have ever owned. It took a little bit of modding on some pieces to get them to fit right but once I put in the work I received a really nice gun with a ton of magpul furniture. I ended up with no broken or missing pieces so the build was a success. I hope to see you guys on the field soon!

Looks nice!! I am almost done building the same one. Can you tell me more about the mods you mentioned? Did the bolt require shaving/sanding to mate up with the magazine?

Yes when I first built the gun it wouldn't fire. I was really stressed out because I had thought I had just blown a ton of money. Once I got a file and shaved down the magazine catch my p mags worked great. Before I had shaved it the magazine catch made the magazine sit too high inside the magwell so the bolt could not fully close. Other slight mods included shaving down a little bit of the plastic on the inside of the pistol grip because it was a bit too thick.

Other than that everything is in working order and it shoots with awesome accuracy.

Thanks for the info ---with a little sanding and aligning mag to bolt and I was able to fire it for the first time today. I really really love GBBR's now! The recoil is amazing and sounds awesome!
